Guarantee extension

Special offer only valid for products purchased in ROMANIA and service in ROMANIA.

You can also extend the guarantee to 4 years (2 legal years +2 extra years) on selected models of steam generators, irons, vacuum cleaners, meat mincers, hand blenders and kettles. To do so, read the information below and complete the guarantee extension form.

The guarantee extension for Zelmer products applies to models below, purchased within the period 15.08.2022 (00:00:00) – 31.12.2022 (23:59:59). Any other product purchased after this date will not be eligible.

ZELMER ROMANIA SRL guarantees the compatibility of this product with its intended use for a period of 4 years.

Inconsistent use of the product voids the guarantee.

To extend the guarantee, register the product within 30 days of purchasing the device.

You must retain your receipt or invoice to benefit from the extended guarantee.

Failure to follow the instructions in the appliance manual regarding the descaling process will invalidate the guarantee extended for an additional 2 years.

If the data provided on the form are not correct, the guarantee extension will not be accepted.
