Upon receipt, check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the shipper of the courier company. If you find any damage to the shipment, ask the forwarder to make a written report of damage/disparity in the contents of the shipment and contact us.

Right of withdrawal (return)

If you are not an entrepreneur, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded through the store within 14 days of receipt of the item, without giving any reason.

The condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the customer must make a statement to that effect in writing or electronically via e-mail.

Informing about the right to withdraw from the purchase contract

Pursuant to Article 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), a consumer who has entered into a remote contract may withdraw from it in writing without giving any reason. It is possible to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent by mail to the indicated return address or electronically to the e-mail address: .......................

The possibility to withdraw from the contract also applies to an individual who enters into a contract directly related to his/her business activity, when it follows from the content of the contract that it is not of a professional nature for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (according to Article 7aa of the Law on Consumer Rights).

The 14-day period shall be counted from the date of delivery of the item, understood as taking possession of the item by the consumer or a third party other than the carrier indicated by the consumer. The goods must be sent back immediately after the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, no later than within 14 days, in an unaltered condition. In the case of withdrawal from the contract of sale of goods purchased in a set with another product, the entire set shall be returned.

The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from the use of the item beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. The cost of direct return (return) of the goods to the Seller in connection with the withdrawal from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of issue of the thing, shall be borne by the consumer. If the consumer has chosen a method of delivery of the item other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by the trader, the trader is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the additional costs incurred by him.

The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance is not granted to the consumer with respect to contracts:

in which the subject of performance is a non-refabricated item, produced to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individualized needs;

in which the subject of performance is sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;

concluded through a public auction;

for the supply of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the expiration of the deadline for withdrawal from the contract and after the entrepreneur has informed him of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
