To make homemade natural yogurt, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 liter of milk,
- 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt (as a starter) or bacterial culture,
- optional: natural sweetener (e.g. honey, maple syrup) to taste.
How to make homemade yogurt?

Heat the milk in a pot to a temperature of about 40-45°C. Be careful not to let it boil.

Leave the milk for a few minutes to cool to about 37°C.

Add the starter (bacterial cultures) or ready, warmed natural yogurt to the milk. Mix the ingredients thoroughly using a blender.

Pour the mixture into jars or containers. Close them tightly and wrap them in a blanket or towel.
- Leave the jars for about 6-8 hours in a warm place, e.g. in a turned off oven or on a sunny windowsill.
After this time, the yogurt should be ready! Store the product in the fridge and eat with your favorite toppings or add to other dishes. You can also use it to make homemade fruit yogurt – just blend it with bananas, strawberries or cherries.

- Banana shake recipe with mint
Ingredients: natural yogurt, fresh mint, honey, ripe bananas

- Cherry-almond-vanilla shake recipe
