Mixer with a bowl - equipment that will make it easier for you to prepare for Easter

Mixers with a bowl are very popular in kitchens all over the world. Not without reason - these are tools that allow for easy and quick preparation of cakes, cookies, creams and other baked goods. In a word - all the sweets you want to make for Easter. One of the greatest advantages of mixers with a bowl is that when using them, you don't have to hold the container in which the ingredients are mixed with your hand. This allows you to freely add more products.

Pay attention, for example, to the Zelmer ZHM2559 mixer, which has replaceable mixers and hooks for kneading dough. Its plastic bowl can hold up to 3 liters of content. One of the greatest advantages of this mixer is that it has 5 speed levels, so you can precisely adjust it to the type of dough you want to prepare. In addition, the mixer has a Turbo function, which allows for faster and more effective mixing, which is especially useful when kneading dough.

You can also choose the Zelmer ZHM2559BS mixer. It has the same functions as the ZHM2559 model, but is equipped with a very durable stainless steel bowl. Such equipment provides extraordinary comfort, long-term durability and ease of cleaning.

The ZHM2559 and ZHM2559BS devices are a new version of the legendary Zelmer hand mixers. We have equipped both with a 750 W motor. Such a high maximum power of the device will allow you to effectively combine the ingredients of many different types of Easter cakes - even the most demanding ones!

Do you have a small kitchen and when you think about another large device, you only worry about how you will fit it on the counter? If so, consider an alternative to mixers with a bowl, such as the Zelmer ZHM2550 hand mixer. It will work perfectly wherever there is a lack of storage space - the lack of a bowl means that the device can be stored even in a small cabinet or drawer.

Zelmer ZHM2550 is a 750 W device, which is identical to the previously described mixers with a bowl. Just like them, it is equipped with 5 speed levels and a Turbo function. It has replaceable mixers and dough hooks that will help you quickly and easily prepare your homemade Easter cakes.

Importantly, the Zelmer ZHM2550 mixer is very practical and easy to use. Thanks to its ergonomic shape and non-slip handle, it is extremely comfortable to hold, which allows for longer mixing without tiring your hand.

  5. Transfer the dough to a buttered cake tin and leave for about 30 minutes to double in volume.
  6. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, until golden brown on top.
  7. Set the cake aside to cool. Before serving, you can cover it with icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
